Cooperation Agreement Promoting Digital Empowerment and Technological Transformation

Professor Dr. Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayawi, President of the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH), signed a scientific cooperation agreement with the Arab Union for Digital Empowerment in the State of Libya, represented by its President, Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Jubouri, in the presence of the university’s vice presidents.

The agreement aims to advance academic and scientific collaboration in the fields of digital transformation, including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data security. It also encompasses the launch of joint training programmes in academic, scientific, and health-related fields to prepare qualified professionals in line with the latest international standards.

This initiative enhances the university’s academic standing and ensures alignment with global digitalisation trends. It contributes to Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, through investment in advanced digital learning and the creation of a modern educational environment. It also supports Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, by developing the university’s technological and research infrastructure, while reinforcing Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by fostering joint Arab scientific collaboration to serve education and research.
